From a friend: At Taraweeh prayers, two nights ago: A very aged Moroccan man (looked 80yo+) was praying next to me. I noticed that it took a little longer for him to get up from sujood, but he did it with great adab. In sujood, when he said Subhana Rabbi al-Ala, it sounded as if he was communicating with Allah Most High. When the Witr had finished, I told myself that I must ask this man for dua. I turned to him to shake his hand and found he had already extended his. He told me (without me asking anything of him): My son, you are young and you pray Witr in the masjid? The dua you want is in your observance of the night prayer. He then turned away, as most awliya do and I retired with a fresh zeal for prayer/communicating with Allah, the Most High. So tonight when making dua ask for everything youve ever wanted.
