From a very wise man: Obama said; To everyone who voted I want you to know that I hear you. To the two thirds of voters who chose not to participate in the process yesterday, I hear you, too. What did he mean by that? This is what he was saying; one third of the voters voted for the house and senate. This one third wants them to take action and lead. Two thirds of the voters that didnt vote were giving President Obama a mandate to rule by bypassing congress. This being true the following must be true also. The number of votes that Obama received in 2012 was 29.6% of the total registered voter. 27.6% of total registered voters voted for Romney. No one received the other 42.8%. Therefore No One should now be president.
