From anonymous, regarding special needs kids at VHS Would rather stay anonymous. Recently I saw people questioning why the Special Needs kids at VHS are cleaning around the school like one person said janitors. So today I talked to one of the Special Needs Teachers at VHS and asked them about the jobs the kids do around school and why. She said that it helps teach the kids things that most of us have no trouble doing. Like vacuuming, cleaning tables, etc. The Special Needs kids usually have a harder time doing things of that nature; so this program HELPS them. They are NOT doing it as punishment, etc.
