From another Chem-Dry in another part of the U.S.: Its so cool when you have a long time customer of 23 years who feels so comfortable with you that they can use humor to make a somewhat uncomfortable/embarrassing situation a bit lighter. I arrived at my job this afternoon and as I was walking thru with her, we get to the Master Bedroom and she asks me Could you move Dana and clean under him?. I look over into the Master Bath and there lays her husband with a pillow under his head and a blanket over him. Im like, oh my, is he okay? She said yes, he fell this morning and she couldnt get him up and since they knew I was coming, waited for me to get there. So I picked him up and carried him to the bed. Kind of wished she left the blanket over him though ...
