From member : Can u post this plz : warning everyone do not use mini cabs otherwise known as b*******g cars on the highstreet 7** **5 the elderly male asian controller is extremely rude. I have never been been insulted so much in my life and to top it off it was first thing in the morning. I ask for my driver to pick me up the same time every single morning. I have allowed extra time for the taxi to sit in both sets of traffic lights in maybury and sheerwater as thay take up to 5 mins each so that they can arrive to me on time. Not only was the taxi 18 mins late , but I was seriously distressed by the way the controller had spoken to me. He was not understanding at all at the fact that I was worried I was going to be late for work and needed to kno where my taxi was... instead he was incredibly rude and stuck up when I asked where my driver actually was he tried giving me the usual bulshit about the traffic lights and as I went to tel him thats not gona wash with me as I get the taxi at the same time every morning and I call way in advance he turned around and told me I dont have time for this and put the fone down and then when I can back very stressed as I am wondering where or if my taxi is even coming I said to him I called 45 minits ago and u said your driver was on walton road and he said do not raise your voice at me do u want me to call him back ? At this point I thought how dare he!(I can happily say I am not a rude person and even in a situation like this I was not rude I am a STRONG beleiver of the saying treat others the way you want to be treated) i was nothing but stressed and seriously worried And I had to be quiet and listen to him talk to me as if he was my dad and bite my tongue as I was worried he was going to call my taxi back. At this point I had 3 minuits to get to work. Id been hung up on twice when allbi was trying to do was find out where my taxi was but all i ever gor in reply was i dont have time for this and dont talk over me and then the red button. I spent my journey in tears as I was so stressed and felt so insulted! I told the controller when i was trying to calm hin down that I had actually changed companies very recently to their firm as thet proved to be a better service the first few times I got taxis with them. I told him how I use them every morning to try and get him to realise that I am a regular customer who gets on with all the drivers there and in return he said so? your not doing me any fabours love ! And put the fone down again ! This messagebis both venting and a warning to those who need to get to work in the morning, unlessbyou want to be standing in your front garden waiting for your taxi for nearly 20 mins and be totally unneccessarily disrespected and insulted and most of all worried and distressed then dont call 7** **5 minicabs/b*******g opposite bustops at trainstation. Very disapointed I thought they would be my new firm for the next few years.
