From my online book at booktrack Private writings for Public Reading A penny for a thought . . . Merhaba Arkadaşlar – Greetings Dear Friends ... today is the 27th of December 2012 and it is 04.30 in the morning of what is hoped to be leading to a warm and sunny Thursday inşallah . Another day of hope or destruction, day of prosperity or poverty, day of a newly born baby or dying old man , day of a rich harvest or dissappoinment ... In few hours by now some still be enjoying the softness of their beds while the other some will be on their way to their jobs. Some will take pencils, some gadgets of their profession in their hands , yet some others instruments of destruction and tears - their guns ... In some parts of the world geography many children will be enjoying a full breakfast , but then again, in many parts of the same geography most children will awake to hunger ... and malnutrition ... and disease and death. What a picture to visualise as the sun arouses slowly towards a new horison of a winter day’s morning . Coming from my radio joyfull christmas songs fill the air full of hope, full of glory, Hallelurya – Hallelurya ! Yes , perhaps their is still a good reasons to hope for this world and its inhabitants . And perhaps even much more chance now then ever, because of the news travelling in minutes from north to south , from east to west . Indeed world have become a single global village . Because in the todays world seemingly local problems could easily become global concerns or even further, international disputes affecting all. No matter of which or what ethnic – religious – national or ideological background a person is now could easily become today’s brothers with the yesterdays enemies. Because todays intercontinental common enemy is economic greediness of the lucky few . So called common people, in each and every single country became aware of the enemy within , stealing their future with endless appetite of whealth. However small in numbers, these minority communities like the ancient Pharaohs locked themselves in golden piramits , with the difference now that instead of piramits they placed themselves in the high buildings that reached to the clouds. Thus they forget about the human dignity - human sufferings - or even humanity that still resides down the earth level . I wonder dear friends of how many of you have ever heard about or read English poet and novelist Aldous Huxley’s ‘Brave New World’ and ‘Brave New World Revisited’ . To understand tomorrows world , let alone todays , I frankly recommend that you do as soon as possible my friends. Today’s common peoples tend ‘occupy this - occupy that’ uprisings will only be the core beginnings of the last centuries awakening . At the end , time will come to Occupy World - Occupy for Human Dignity . Only than someone getting up before the sunrise , I hope willbe writing about happines – saved nature and envioronment , and not less, about humanity and love for one another . God bless you ...
