Government at the Politburo wants to curb social organization successful period of 12 party congress in two years, then this restraint will leading the Communist Party of Vietnam into three scenarios : 1.Tuc Explosion : This is the explosive situation as what happened in Tunisia and Egypt where the people and the party members clashed, despite strict orders from the central touch. 2.Dao Chief Internal : This is the phenomenon that a faction seeks links with forces inside or outside the party. There will be treason and will deposed by a faction in the party to seize power . 3.Chap Changes : This is a phenomenon that communist leaders will have to retreated, accept some changes before the demands of the democratic forces.
