From our inbox: Hey, I have a Q that can you please post Anonymously: Hi, Im a 23 year old bi woman and Im open about it, there is a woman in my life I have met recently who is 44 and seems to flirt with me but our situation doesnt let us be open about anything for a few months. So she seems too flirt, but then ignores me when she can. Im not sure if it because of it being inappropriate at this point in time, or that she is just unsure of herself. I know she was married with children. So what do you think about such a large age gap between to females? And do you think she would be flirting my mistake (unaware of how her actions can come across as some straight girls do) or do you think she is just being cautious from the fact that she is my boss or from the large age gap.. She mainly tease/flirts when we talk and get in my personal space a little bit, but she has never openly said anything.
