You decide or have you already and are unknowing of which Constitution you live under.” Before we get started a little wisdom of spirit is needed so you can learn how to analyze words and phrases used in de facto democracy policy today. Yes you read me right. Today we have to learn how to ask good question because we live under presumed assumptions by federal government personnel and your ignorance of the matrix. If you do not understand the difference between a de jure national Republic government and a de facto federal democratic government then you will live under defacto international private law, a foreign federal corporation form of government (title 28 Sec. 3002 ABC) in a foreign territorial jurisdiction compared to our original National domestic law form, under united States of America Constitution. Yes it happened over a period of time (1776 to 1933). Slowly our judicial Supreme Court exposed our voluntary surrender (our signatures) to a foreign territorial D.C. legislation contracts of voting for the District of Columbia congress to change the people from a sovereign National de jure central government of we the People to a federal de facto government of statutory corporations and statutory persons, see the 14th amendment, and how it created a federal private international citizenship rather than a de jure State National Citizenship of the Republic of America. We did it to ourselves and by mis-directions by our politicians to change our form of government by our use of our signature on territorial legislation of contracts to vote for a federal form of government that acts on the peoples’ ignorance directly. Our chain of presidents, and legislative congress to convince us voluntarily by our signatures on territorial legislative contracts to license and vote into a foreign private law jurisdiction under federal international private laws, thus allowing interpretation of a law form you know nothing about. Most of you do not read these final judgments by the territorial courts and often they are worded in a code for the territorial system of democracy (military fascism- the military industrial complex) to understand and not you or we the people to understand. Yes Dorothy, most all politicians’ were in on the deception or fraud to convert us (American national sovereign People) to a new WORLD FEDERAL ORDER. So I can say the federal and state and local politicians sold their souls to the devil (A FEDERAL DEMOCRACY) for their share of the pie for personal gain not the betterment of NATIONAL de jure America/people. So you may ask yourself, “How is he going to prove this?” LET’S GET STARTED: 1. Read Article 1, Of the Articles of Confederation; then read the preamble to our Constitution of the United States. Notice they make reference to the United States of America. This United States of America was created and contracted for, by the American people as State Nationals inhabitants in their sovereign capacity and rights; read the Declaration of Independence. Thus a group of American administrators willing to follow the people’s Nationals mandates formed that Republic of America governments by taking a National oath of office to local, state, and national agencies to the Sovereign American people. This Republic was a De Jure Confederacy of States of America, where the people were sovereign masters over local, state and national agencies as individuals with inalienable rights not defacto democratic federal Civil rights’. Read the 7th amendment, it’s simple to understand. United States of America, 7th Amendment, section 1. In suits at common law (De jure)*, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty Dollars, the right to trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, then according to the rules of the common law (De Jure)*. * Author added for understanding of status of the People. Remember the first 10 amendments were written under the National De Jure Republic of the united States of America not the de facto legislative congressional democracy of the military complex of D.C. I would hope you understand why we had to have a Civil War? It was to destroy the National Republic sovereign form of we the people as sovereigns over our countries National character. Thus the winners of the Civil War(north federal regime) replace it with a federal de facto government where the states along with the people of the states were made into economic slaves of the new world order out of the congressional legislative District of Columbia territorial private international congress through the use of contracts, registrations, de facto territorial statutes, and our voluntary surrender of our signatures on their paper adjudicated in their private District of Columbia courts (U.S Flag, three sides golden border) at our local, state and federal levels. An attorney of the U.S. or our unincorporated de facto STATES of D.C. or Local defacto government cannot use the organic De Jure united States of America Constitution common law to protect you against the foreign controller of the municipal international legislative D.C. corporation called the U.S. Inc. I hope you study the words in this article and remember it was you, your parents, your grandparents and great grand parents, who surrendered their signature to their defacto enemies’ commercial paper and gave them your soul to manage voluntarily. If you study the U.C.C. you can protect yourself and get back to your unalienable rights. As usual it takes allot of people to make a change and in my 20 years of preaching there are still millions of ignorant people. You people are still cowards and weak souls like the captive Israelites’, for over 300 year’s they were captive of Egypt’s Pharos; until Mosses came along to free them.
