From the Harbinger by Jonathan Cahn page 140 - 141: There was something more involved, something much more involved. A nation was in SPIRITUAL decline and rapid departure from GOD. GOD was calling it back, allowing it to be shaken, to wake it up, to save it from judgment. But it chose instead not to turn back. And without turning back, all its efforts, all its campaigns become, in effect, acts of defiance, the undoing of symptoms, the silencing of alarms, with no resolution of the underlying problem. The remedies only masked the problem. ..... The attempt of a nation to defy the course of its judgment, APART FROM REPENTANCE, will, instead, set in motion a chain of events to bring about the very calamity it sought to avert. (emphasis mine) Question mine: WILL WE REPENT AND TURN BACK TO YEHOVAH OR WILL WE CONTINUE ON, IN DEFIANCE, AND BRING FORTH FURTHER JUDGMENT. 9/11/13 should be a day in which we seek Yehovah, in repentance, according to 2 Chronicles 7: 14-15 and change the spiritual atmosphere of this nation back to Yehovah. Do we hit the snooze button again or do we answer the call on our knees in true repentance??????????????????????????
