From the awesome Lazlo... So, the news is deeply depressing (Israel, the Malaysian plane, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc), and the socio-political state of affairs is pretty dire (90% of identity politics, language wars, TERF radfeminists, anti-feminist women (and men), conservative backlashes of so many kinds in so many places, the re- and re- and re-re-re-re-re-enforcing of binary thinking that happens so often, so fast and so firmly all over the internet making it all just a big shouting match where no one actually considers opinions that contradict their own), all I can do for this moment is have a luvvie moment and appreciate Elaine Stritch for her time on the on the stage and on the planet. Thank you, bon voyage and rest well, Ms. Stritch.
