From the cashflow quadrant, EMPLOYEE: Exchanges time for money, Income equals 100% of one persons effort. SELF-EMPLOYED: Exchanges time for money, You own a job. BUSINESS OWNER: Exchanges people for income, Has over 500 team members. INVESTOR: Exchanges money for money, Has over half a million dolla invested. Passive Income: Left; No work no pay Right; Enjoys it. World Wealth: Left; 90% share 10% of world wealth, Right; 10% share 90% of world wealth. Paradigm: Left; Security minded, Right; Freedom minded. Language: Left; Hard work, no time, large debts, Right; Easy work, freedom, no debts. Facts: Only 1% of 65yr olds move to Right side. 88% of Left side people are dead or broke at 65. History: People end up on the left side because they(we all) were trained to be. To cross over, you need H. E. L. P(Higher Education Learning Program). Too many people in the E or S quadrants are limited as to how many people or organizations they can serve.....hence their income is limited. A true business owner in the B quadrant, who focuses on building a business that continually serve more and more people will become richer and richer. They get the big reward simply because he or she builds a system or asset to serve more people. That is why a business owner can become rich EXPONENTIALLY and people who work for wages become rich INCREMENTALLY. Metcalfes Law states that, the econonic power of a business is the square of the number in the NETWORK. You need to shift to the RIGHT side. What got people to the left is the current educational system. The shift to the right is difficult because people are wired to the hard work and spend mode of life.
