From the desk of Mr. Cox: Friday, August 15th 4:00-7:00 Winds and Percussion 5:00-8:00 Color Guard Saturday, August 16th 7:30-Noon Band of Gold 7:30-Noon Parent Work Day (We could use a bunch of helpers) Monday, August 18th 3:50-7:00 Band of Gold 7:30 Disney Trip meeting and Final Payment Due Tuesday, August 19th NO REHEARSAL Thursday, August 21st 5:00-8:00 Band of Gold 7:00 Band Booster Meeting Friday, August 22nd 3:30 Band Reports Food-$5.00, Rehearsal, dress and Warm-up for game 6:20 Leave for Stadium 7:00 Football = Lebanon at MJHS After the game we will return to the band room as a group, change out of uniforms, clean areas and dismiss as a group Students will be given clear instructions concerning what and how to wear the band uniform. They will need long black socks, black gym shorts and black Compression shirt to wear under the uniform. They will also need supplies for “fixing” their hair. Hair Gel, Comb or Brush, Bobby Pins and a Towel. No jewelry, make-up or facial piercing will be allowed with the band uniform. I would like to have a small group of about parents to help with wind and percussion hair at 4:30pm. Little Caesar Orders and Money are Due August 26th Little Caesar Orders will be delivered September 18th Please turn in financial and medical forms papers to the band room asap.
