From the inbox: Hello Lovely Ladies, this may seem a little odd, but Im actually hoping to meet some local ladies, even if its just for a girls arvo, Walk, Bbq with the hubbies etc every now and then. I dont go out drinking really and im a bit shy in unfamiliar crowds... I dont know where else to look! I should mention, I dont have kiddies - I just really like reading the community goss through NMs ..so also hope im OK being on the forum!! hehe. I built in the area just over a year ago (Forest Ridge) and I only know 1 other person within a radius of 1hrs drive!! (the joys of building your home in a nice affordable estate when you work in Bris City or your family are at SC and GC.) Anyway enough of my rambling, but I hope this post doesnt make me sound like I have no friends ... I do!!! haha. They just dont live close and once in a while its nice not to drive forever to catch-up. Ive just turned 30, young at heart, but with and old soul I think... I enjoy a lot of different activities from photography, to the great outdoors, to theater and even just movie nights! Im not very good at cooking but I do LIKE food and baking sweets (hubbie would love if I got some lessons HA!) I was even thinking if there was a weekend bush walking group or a local cooking class.....something local-ish you can recommend ... Thank you
