From the owner....Scott Friar did the impossible….he turned a negative situation (missed pick up) into a customer that took the time to call me and tell me how great he was! As most of us know….it’s not if we have an issue it is WHEN we have issue…our response, attitude and follow through can turn an unhappy situation into a loyal customer. Thank you Scott, for once again, making us all PEI PROUD!
