From the sand dunes area to through the Rocky Mountains through Leadville to a wonderful mining town of Georgetown--one of my favorites!! And, we found a real old fashioned soda machine. Do you even know what they are? This one was made in 1901 and we had the best ice cream sodas. Hey, we deserved it after all the uphill hiking we did earlier. We even had another one the next day before we left town--at 10:00 in the morning. Chocolate ice cream soda! Ymmm...
