From the way the CEOs and board members have handled this publicly (especially now that they are openly talking about how, due to a lack of customers, employees hours must be cut) there is a real growing and palpable sense of their contempt towards us customers. I have a hard time fathoming a company ever remotely expressing, spoken or unspoken, a sense of this kind of stubborn derision towards the source of its bottom line--the paying customer. I know Im not alone in also feeling implicated in the CEOs and BODs handling of everything.
