From the way voters, politicians and expects are speaking, it is very likely that there won’t be any clear winner for either the parliamentary or presidential vote. This will then put the country back to 2008 when there was no clear winner as described above. It will mean that 2 parties will have to work together to form a parliamentary majority. That won’t happen between ZANUPF and MDCT It also means that we have a run-off for the presidential vote. This will be largely influenced by the voting partern from Bulawayo, Mat North and Mat South where four parties are expecting to get votes. Call it the swing region of Zimbabwe. Source: zim247
