From when I was a little 4 year old girl I knew I wanted to live in the USA. I would tell my friends that all the time. 4 years ago I became a US citizen. Im proud of my homeland Germany. There is so much good that I took with me when I moved to America 20 years ago. But living here for all these years I knew something was missing. America has been my home. I love the people, the land , heck even football. 4 years ago Ray and I made my dream come true. I studied like a fool. Learning those 100 questions, making sure I would not even miss one! When I stood there, at the ceremony to be sworn in as a citizen my heart hurt from happiness. I had tears running down my face. I was finally complete. I AM a proud American.
