Frugii have had the most overwhelming start to their new Dessert Laboratory. Way more than they anticipated! As most of you are aware, we have been changing procedures to attempt to keep up with demand, but last night we got cleared out of all products including ice cream! We had to make a decision at 2am Saturday morning that we will have to concentrate on ice cream, gelato and sorbets for the remainder of this weekend, hence there will be no cakes available for this time, as our pastry guru Ali will need to be in the shop to serve the coffee. This is a drastic measure that we do not take lightly, but please be assured, that equipment, process, and people are our main focus on returning Frugii products to you all.
