Fruit juices The fruit juices , such as vegetable juice is a beverage produced from fruit or vegetables . The fruit juice market has a wide variety of fruit juices: - The pure juice or 100% juice is obtained by simply pressing fruit, without the addition of any kind (sugar, additives (colorings, flavorings, curator ...)). They may however be clarified. Enzymes are then added to the juice so that it is translucent. In contrast, the pure juice without clarification, is called a disorder juice. - The juice made from concentrate (ABC) are made from concentrated juice. The products are reconstituted by reincorporating the concentrated fruit juice the same quantity of water as that extracted during concentration.
