Frustrated as all hell right now. I am renting out my havasu house for the winter. I did last year as well and the property management company thought it was ok to basically spend my money and buy things I already had but had packed up based on the clients needs. After several times of this happening, i told them I would not be using them again. In all it cost me about $400. This year new company and worse result. Fridge breaks and they want to get a rental of which I call a repair guy and it cost me $140 versus $200 for a rental and the hassle. This week they say my water pressure is up and are afraid pipes may burst, they say this is common but in 10 years I have never had this issue. Now she calls and says the toilet seat is broken and needs to be replaced and that the renter wants me to add more channels to the dish package I already included at no cost to them. Needless to say I am kicking this company to the curb as well.
