Fuerte! HERE ARE SOME HORRIBLE THINGS EXPERIENCED: 1. MISINFORMATION: I was w/ globe for 12yrs+ with a prepaid service LAndline & mobile. Lately i decided to go postpaid, so i ask if i can have my prepaid landline no. to post paid, they said i can upon request w/c i did & waited. Upon follow up i am in formed that it is not possible. So i just settle w/ a new no. that until now i cant memorize . 2. THE SPEED: I have subscribe a 2MB bundle but when we do the speed test it was not even 1MB. They said because there is a certain allowance usage for a day that when it is used up you will be down @ a certain speed & would refresh every midnight. The fault is mine?because I am not a vampire to start using the net when it refresh every midnight! so, i just upgrade my plan into 5MB hoping it would run faster but until now i am just running from 2MB+ not even 3! 3. THE BILLING: I choose to have a paperLESS billing as i dont want to pay extra P25 to add loiter to the planet. The bill was sent to my email add last January, because i have paid it in advance i didnt bother to open it. Comes mid February i tried to open my acct. through the link that they emailed me... I CAN NOT LOG IN TO IT. i called them and they convince me for a paper bill. reluctantly. i agreed to it for i dont want my bills to stacked. I may not afford it. they gave me a turn around time for 10days. i waited. 2 days ago the 15th days of waiting my Service was cut. all because i am not billed! All because of a very bad service. They have reconnect my service temporarily w/ the agreement to pay today/Monday with things I DONT KNOW WHAT since i dont have a bill either way. (felt like a blinded fool) 4. CHAINED: With these experience, It made me think to just stop the absurdity so i told them that i will pay the bill then will continue for another month to give allowance to the other service provider but i want to terminate the contract after cause i am not happy w/ the service but rather felt like i am just punishing myself. I am told that if i want that i need to pay 7K something! you thought this is a joke? so i was! BUT IT IS NOT! THEYRE SERIOUS! for GLOBE: I DONt have anything against you guys (12years of loyalty!) but please tell how would you like me to respond with all of these?
