The research will aim to: 1) examine the CfE to see where agricultural placements could be best employed and link the placement to outdoor learning opportunities; 2) seek pupil’s, teacher’s, farmer’s, and local authorities’ views on the benefit and challenges of agricultural placements; 3) look for any differences, or specific challenges, between rural and urban stakeholders; 4) develop secondary curriculum material for teachers which illustrates the connection with agriculture; 5) compile a list of recommendations for interested parties on agricultural placements as part of the CfE for Scottish secondary pupils. gla.ac.uk/colleges/socialsciences/studentfundingopportunities/
