Fun fact: My family and i participated in a project where by we saved every little scrap of house waste for 1 week ~ it was all catalogued and organized, weighed and measured and picked even picked over by @SFRecology. And it is displayed behind us in the image below. We got to realize how efficient our household is, only generating 11% of our trash towards landfill.
