Saturday; 7.15am - 8.45am / 8.45am - 10.15am. The Circuit / Conditioning & Functional Fitness work at Rathmore. Monday; 6.00 - 7.00pm / 7.00 - 8.00pm Thursday; 6.00 - 7.00pm / 7.00 - 8.00pm Hill / Interval Training at Shaws Bridge.
