Funds Compliance Leader Opportunity - Generous compensation package and relocation offered.... The Funds Compliance Leader will maintain complete responsibility for a Commingled Fund Compliance Program and maintain complete oversight for the mutual fund, collective trust fund, hedge fund, and related fund complexes . Oversight for these fund programs will include monitoring of business issues, due diligence and participation of affiliate boards. The Funds Compliance Leader, will serve as the Chief Compliance Officer for the Proprietary Mutual Funds and also be responsible for the Funds operations. This operational responsibility will include oversight for the implementation of 40 Act Compliance Monitoring Program, conducting due diligence and maintaining oversight for vendor relationships, preparing board material as well attending and making presentation at Board meetings. He/she will also manage relationships with outside counsel and the Board Chairman and serve as the sub-advisor for the Due Diligence Program which includes 20 sub-advisors.
