Fundstück der Woche... LOL There are still rumors around about stretching after strength training. Ask yourselves if YOU know what happens to your muscles while/after strength training and what happens while stretching them... Just do your squats/deadlifts/whatever and go home! Eat, sleep, recover and repeat... no fancy pulling on muscle tissue thats already damaged. Specific flexibility is to some degree already achievable while doing your exercises correctly and full ROM. Flexibility beyond that (splits etc.) must be focused in seperate training sessions not after intensive weight training. (And please dont do 40 reps smith machine half-squats with the pussy pad either...)
