Funny, I just got an e-mail saying the original invitations I ordered will be done tomorrow. And that I should not be so worried because I dont need to send them out til 6-8 weeks before the wedding, and that I should have called to discuss this. Um... well, I need to address as well as assemble to invitations. Along with create a map that will fit in the envelope. Which may take me a few weeks because well, I am pretty busy with things OTHER than my wedding. And as for calling.. apparently the MULTIPLE e-mails asking about the status of the delivery wasnt good enough? I politely told her that its a little late because I just dropped more money on the invites with Vistaprint. And that as a customer I didnt feel that my needs or concerns have been addressed, I felt that I was getting a run around. And that I highly doubted that I would be using her services for the programs and thank you cards. As a customer, if I am told I will be getting my order in two weeks, I expect in two weeks. Not two months later with a well... you dont really need them until this date. Bad business practice.
