Yumbe district has resorted to an ordinance to control outbreaks of cholera and improve sanitation in the District. With Yumbe as an example of a district that has launched the ordinance to improve sanitation, and bring to zero cases of cholera. Can such an ordinance be an example for other districts in West Nile that have suffered a setback of cholera? What about implementation of the ordinance itself?
