Job location: Head Office - Badaro, Beirut Reporting Lines: Direct Supervision: Senior Marketing & Communication Specialist Department Manager: Marketing & Communication Manager Key Responsibilities: The Marketing & Communication Representative is responsible of the coordination and follow-up on creative, media planning and PR activities. He/she will handle specific corridors’ marketing activities, coordinate for events and assist on marketing research & other activities. - Coordinate planned marketing activities (creative, media planning & PR) - Coordinate and follow up with advertising agency, Western Union, suppliers and other parties - Collaborate with certain ethnic corridors consultants on marketing activities - Monitor corridors changes and propose enhancement plans - Participate in brainstorming sessions and research activities - Develop power point presentations for marketing activities & campaigns - Collaborate with other team members on production and retail duties - Follow-up on supplier’s invoices and enter quotations’ data on budget application - Handle website and social platforms updates Job specifications: Education: BA in Advertising or Marketing Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing or advertising Languages: Good in English & Arabic, French is not required Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
