GENERAL MANAGER POSITION; General Manager Job Vacancy in Kenya General Manager The GM will be answerable to the Board of directors of the Micro Finance. Key Roles Sourcing for funds and lending funds. Advising the management on where to source for funds, lend and recover loans Developing Micro Finance policies and directing on how to get them implemented. Management of micro credit portfolio. Supervision of functional managers Presenting the microfinance monthly reports t the board of directors. Making sure the micro finance continues to exist while growing and making profits and minimizing on losses. Managing other branches. Making sure the entire workforce is on toes while working hand in hand with the HR manager for the entire organization’s success. Key Requirements Degree in Management, Finance, Marketing or any other business field. 5-7 years experience in a busy and performing micro finance or financial institutions. Age is 40+years. Must be initiative and creative in generating trade ideas. High ability in preparing and interpreting financial and other trade documents. Must possess outstanding leadership and management skills.
