GERMAN IGNOMINY REPEATS ITSELF WITH #GAZA Dr Christoph Muller Embassy of Germany Canberra, Australia Mr Ambassador It appears to the world that #Germany doesnt learn from from its infamous inhumane history. In WWII it viscously occupied most of Europe and perpetrated mass ethnic cleansing against Jews, Romanies and political and social minorities under the silent, consensual eyes of the German public. As a collaborator of Israel, for 67 years the government Germany has repeated the same racist acts of occupation, ethnic cleansing and a silence that upholds Israels impunity to commit war crimes against the people of Palestine. Against Israels atrocities in Gaza, the German government blathers the absurd Israeli propaganda (Goebbels would be proud) that Israel has a right to defend itself. I used to think that Israels squeeze on Germanys balls and integrity had to do with the guilt of anti-semitism and the spectre of the holocaust which Israel reruns ad nauseum. Germanys collusion with Israel is pure pragmatism - it is about Israels and security industries and realpolitik with the decaying US empire. For this, Germany can dismiss Israels slaughter of 1,300 of Gazas children, women, men and the aged? For this Germany abnegates its humanity and honour? Unlike WWII, the German public is outraged by Israels demented war crimes against the innocent Palestinian families in Gaza. It is time the German government listens to its people, divests itself of its jackboot mentality and wipes away its alliance with Israel with its stink of war crimes, ethnic cleansing, apartheid and illegal occupation of Palestine.
