GISBORNE BOYS HIGH SCHOOL CRICKET COLTS - To-day, Tuesday, 18th March, 2014, we play the Poverty Bay Boys Primary team in a 20 over-game on the number four ground at the Harry Barker Reserve. We need the following players to be on-site by 3.15pm & be ready for a 3.3opm start. I have the shirts, score-book, match-ball, stumps, bails etc: please bring your whites, a full drink bottle AND - if you have one - a GBHS cap. From now on, our number five changing room will be locked: leave your gear in there and, if you need to get into that room, youll have to get the room-key off me: Korban Harrison Allen (c), Drew Scott (v), Rob Wawatai, Robert Schwass, Ben BJ McNeil, Sam Tucker, Joao Reedy-velloza, Blake McMillan, Zach Pell, Josh Blair and Te Raukura Hammond-Papuni (George Papuni). Kieran Blair and James Rowe have been ruled out because of injury. PS: Thank-you for not playing on scooters, skateboards, riding on bikes, using phones during play. Thank-you also for not sitting on the field of play at any stage - even during breaks in play or after a wicket has fallen. When batting, you may instead watch & support your team-mates by scoring/updating the score-board, umpiring or getting drinks out to the batsmen in the middle. When bowling, no leg-side wides; when fielding - keep your shirt tucked in at all times, run between overs to your position, keep the ball OFF THE GROUND, dont creep in, rather WALK IN as quickly as you can, get the ball back to the bowler IMMEDIATELY.
