GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE...While we do not condone corruption in our government, we also have to be aware of how corruption here relative to other countries..... Public Sector Corruption: 76 countries more corrupt than the Philippines out of 177 countries listed..... We can use some improvement like where Hongkong and Singapore are but our Philippines is not doing too bad with a #94 less corrupt rating.... Japan is #18 (marami-rami ring corruption sa Japan)..U.S. #19, least corrupt.......
