GOD NEEDS NO DEFENSE Jobs friends made a basic mistake. They wanted to help him, but they felt they had to line up on GODS side. Instead of confronting Job, they tried to figure out what he did to deserve such suffering. They ended up taking sides against Job, as they attempted to argue on GODS behalf. We dont have to worry about defending or explaining GOD. We know that He is on the other side of suffering. Our ministry is to comfort and show love. If sin is involved, the Holy Spirit will convict. Our role is to let hurting people know that Jesus loves them and so do we. ACTION: Assure a hurting person of GODS love today. 2-Minute Reading: (JOB 6:1-15)
