GOING...GOING...GOING..........GONE! Are the chances for this years WHITE Christmas. Sorry snow lovers, but the once promising SNOW forecast is now promising RAIN and there could be plenty of it. The rainfall should begin tomorrow morning and continue off/on thru Christmas Day. The cold front coming thru on Christmas will change the rain to snow showers, bring falling temperatures and breezy conditions. No snow accumulation is expected. The trade off will come in the form of warm air surging northward on the east side of the Low pressure system that will be chugging northward thru Ohio and into Canada. The temperatures today will be in the mid to high 40s, with near 60 tomorrow and into the low 60s on Wednesday. UPCOMING SNOW CHANCES: We are looking for a pattern change toward the end of this month that will allow for some Arctic air to intrude into the US. Along with that comes a chance for snow on or around the 28th, 29th. The Arctic cold will stick around at least thru mid January, so the snow chances will be increasing.
