GOOD DAY AT THE OFFICE.... I had the pleasure of guiding Tommy Clapp again with United Rentals. This time he brought along Craig from UR and Dave formerly with UR, along with Chris Meano of UR. We headed for the Sound and got on a steady bite until jaws moved in. We hunt and pecked most of the morning fishing clean across the Sound with not much to show. Worked our way back inside around noon, sucking hind tit and hit paydirt back off the channel. Ran out of bait with 8 left to go. Headed back in around 1 with 92 pretty trout, 1 flat fish, and Craig’s first bull red. It was another great day with the guys from United Rentals, catching fish just minutes from New Orleans. You’ll be seeing these guys a bunch more as they’ve filled our books up! Lock in your date ASAP before you get left at the dock this year! All fish were caught with 13 Fishing Green Omen and Envy Rods teamed up with FINS WINDTAMER BRAID on live shrimp on 3/8 oz Carolina rig and under corks. Summer is here and booking fast.
