The summer reading program registration goes until July 4. This year’s theme will be ‘Paws to Read’ and the program will be held on Mondays in Rose Barracks and on Wednesdays in Tower Barracks from 9:30 -11 a.m. The program will begin the week of July 14 and will finish with a final party on August 11. There is a small car park next to the fest site but that quickly fills up, so the council will assign more parking spaces along John-F.-Kennedy-Ring and in the surrounding streets.
