I GIVE YOU THANKS. “THANK YOU HEAVENLY FATHER, FOR MY MOTHER” My friends, treasure the gem you have close to your heart - your mother. Whatever you may call your mother - mama, ma dear, moms, or mommy, show her that her 9-months of labor was not in vain. Each day God allows you to have your mother on this earth is a day to be thankful for the precious gift from Him. Let her tell you about the bridges she has had to cross over just to get you where you are today. Our mothers are fearless, patient, unselfish, quick to listen and slow to speak. They have and still stand in the gap for us. Our mothers are the prayer warriors that have kept us safe from harms way. Our mothers are the Rocks of Gibraltar, who hold the banner high for righteousness sake. Our mothers demonstrate wisdom and courage, and walk by faith, not by sight. Our mothers steps may have gotten a little slower with age, some weakness experienced in their bodies, remembrance not as sharp, but their faith is strong and hold true that there is nothing that can separate them from the love of God. I love and cherish my mother. I love the longevity God has given her on this earth for us to love, understand, cherish her existence, learn and discover our family history, and our inheritance.
