Today is a great day for some good exercising -YOUR TASK FOR TODAY. - Strtech before, during and after exercising: Drink plenty of water. -Do 35 Push-ups - Do 35 sit-ups or 50 crunches - Do 40 push-ups - Do 40 sit-ups or 60 crunches. -Take a break and drink water. - Do as many push-ups as you can in 2 minutes. ... - Take a break and drink water. -Do as many sit-up or crunches as you can in 2 minutes. - Take a break and drink water. -Get to arms weight of brick, book etc. -Do 100 (on each arm) arm curls. -Do 40 push-ups -Do 250 Crunches. -Do 40 more push-ups. -Take a break and drink water. - Do 100 more arms curls with your selected weight. -Do 40 more push-ups --Do 250 more crunches. -Do 40 more push-ups -Do 100 more arms curls ith your selected weight. -Take a break and drink water. -Stretch the lower body. -Run/jog 2 miles at a moderate pace (9-10 minutes per mile) -Stretch and drink water.
