HOLY CRAP! 1.5 HOURS later... we finally finished. - Borrower asked great questions - I thoroughly explained details of the mortgage & how it applies to their goals - Gave the abbreviated explanation for the standard disclosures with no numbers associated... If the client wouldve chosen to go over every word of each page, it wouldve taken 2-2.5 hours. I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND the need for TRANSPARENCY (Ive always been transparent with my clients... or I wouldnt be in business) BUT after 1/2 of the documents, I can feel their eyes crossing.
