GOVERNORS SH 5.8M BOOST TO TRADERS Eighty eight small scale traders have received loans totaling Sh 5.8 million from the Homa bay County Joint Loans Board. Governor Cyprian Awiti distributed the cheques to the traders drawn from all the Eight Sub Counties at a colourful ceremony held at a hotel in Homa bay on Thursday. Mr Awiti said his government has set a side another Sh 10 million to boost the kitty. He said the loans were part of the Countys Economic empowerment program.
