GPA Transfer Rule Kicks in Delhiites would now be able to transfer properties through the General Power of Attorney (GPA) for which an order was issued by the revenue department on Monday. According to the order, while properties can be transferred through GPA, it doesn’t apply to transferring of titles. “All sub-registrars have been asked to comply with the new directions under which people will be able to transfer properties through GPA which had been banned earlier.
