GRADING - INVITATION TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK AND ATTEND MEETING TO DISCUSS To all Parent and Coaches, There have been a number of questions of late concerning the purpose and process of grading. Now that the 2013 season is drawing to a close, we, the Kenmore community, have the opportunity to review the process and identify improvements we can make for the future. With this in mind, I would like to offer interested parties the opportunity to submit written suggestions to me by Monday 26 August. Only suggestions submitted in writing will be considered, as this will ensure a structured and expedient meeting without ad hoc contributions and delays. Suggestions should be in point form and of no more than 250 words. The meeting to discuss the grading process and suggestions received will take place on Wednesday 28 August at 6pm at the Club. Changes that it is agreed will improve the grading process will be incorporated into the grading document. Grading for 2014 will involve U10, U11, U12 and U13 (depending on the numbers for U13 in 2014). I look forward to receiving your constructive suggestions to help Kenmore progress in a direction that creates the best outcomes possible for all players. Once finalised, the grading document for 2014 will be made available to parents to help promote understanding of why we grade, and how this process can be used to benefit all.
