Removal of the Cabinet Secretary appointed by the Public Service Commission, recently appointing her to a non-established position in the public service (Executive Director to the Money Laundering Commission) answerable to the Attorney General. 4. Enactment of sections 6, 16 and 25 of the Electronic Crimes Act criminalize the transmission of electronic information considered offensive by any person even where that information is true -- contrary to a Section of the Grenada Constitution. 5. Enactment of the Terrorism Amendment Act giving the Attorney General the authority to declare any Grenadian person a Terrorist and any Grenadian organization a Terrorist Organization. 6. Passage in the lower House of the Interception of Wire Communication Amendment Bill in an attempt to secure the legal authority to bug the telephones any person believed to acting contrary to the economic interest of the state without defining what contrary to the economic interest of the state would involve. 7. Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers to install internet services in the Parliamentary Elections Offices around the country and put the Voter Registration System on a shared network with the Office of the Prime Minister. 8. Termination of the Services of Judy Benoit as Supervisor of Elections for challenging the authority of the Cabinet to do so in the face of Section 35 of the Constitution. 9. Appointment of Minister Gregory Bowen, an engineer, as Acting Attorney- General on September 4, 2013 and again on February 28, 2014. (Mr. Bowen is not an attorney!) 10. Appointment of Ms. Anande Trotman- Joseph, wife of the President of the Senate as Deputy Chairman of the Integrity Commission. 11. Appointment of Ms. Anande Trotman- Joseph, wife of Senator Lawrence Joseph, President of the Senate, as an Agent under the Citizenship by Investment Program. 12. Appointment of Ms. Leslie-Ann Seon, Chairman of the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) and wife of Mr. David Holocuff, Chairman of the Citizenship by Investment Screening Committee, as an Agent under the Citizenship by Investment Program. 13. Appointment of Ms. Michelle Emmanuel- Steele, wife of the Mr. Nickolas Steele, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Business and chief Government spokesperson on the Citizenship by Investment Program as an Agent under the Citizenship by Investment Program 14. Appointment of Senator Lawrence Joseph, President of the Senate, as an Agent under the Citizenship by Investment Program 15. Effective appointment of Mr. Tawfara Pierre, husband of Hon. Emalyn Pierre, Minister of Youth, Sports and Religious Affairs as the Director of the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), contrary to the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) rules against the appointment of political exposed persons to that office and contrary to Section 15 of the Financial Intelligence Unit Act. 16. Removal of Rupert Mc Burnie as System Administrator of the Electronic Voter Registration and Card Issuance System at the Office of the Supervisor of Elections and replacement by a reported relative of an NNP Parliamentarian; and the consequent resignation of Mr. Aaron Francois as Acting Supervisor of Elections. 17. Daily appearance by Senator Sheldon Scott, Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Religious Affairs for 2 hours per day- Monday to Friday - during regular working hours, on an established NNP talk show program, Hard Talk, on private radio. 18. Payment of ministerial salaries, perks and benefits to three MPs with no ministerial portfolio or responsibilities. 19. Governments attempt to increase the rates of Property taxes ( SRO was made by Minister on December 12th an Gazetted on December 21) without observance of the property tax laws of Grenada. 20. Appointment of three confirmed and appointed Permanent Secretaries to head units and divisions of ministries rather than serve as Administrative heads of Ministries, based on their perceived political opinions or affiliations.
