GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS FOR THE LARGEST HUMAN NO SMOKING SIGN June 28, 2013, BU Football Grounds, Legazpi City 1. Participants to the NO SMOKING SIGN are expected to be at the BU Football Grounds at six o’clock in the morning. 2. Heads of agencies, LGUs and PGA delegates joining the WALK FOR A SMOKE FREE ALBAY are expected to be at the Penaranda Park at seven o’clock in the morning. 3. All participants are advised to wear the prescribed NO SMOKING T-SHIRT WITH HOOD and BLACK/DARK COLORED PANTS. BE SURE TO BRING THE BAR CODE STICKER. 4. Bar codes, meal stubs, general guidelines and program will be released by the Governor’s Office to the CONTACT PERSONS ONLY. 5. All participants shall submit THEMSELVES for inspection in all the premises of the Bicol University. Back packs & bags are not allowed inside the perimeter fence of the NO SMOKING SIGN. Take light breakfast, bring candies and bottled water. 6. ALL BUILDINGS ARE RESTRICTED. Only BU PERSONNEL and PERSONS WITH ACCESSED CARDS SHALL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER. 7. Once you are already inside of the NO SMOKING SIGN, NOBODY WILL BE ALLOWED TO GO OUT unless THERE IS MEDICAL EMERGENCY. Participants are advised to attend to their PERSONAL NECESSITIES BEFORE ENTERING THE NO SMOKING SIGN. 8. UPON SIGNAL, participants from all entry points will ENTER the HUMAN SIGN in SINGLE FILE and will be TAGGED USING THE BAR CODED STICKER. 9. All participants of the NO SMOKING SIGN will be accompanied by ROVING STEWARDS IN YELLOW UNIFORM to their DESIGNATED GATES. 10. Once the WALK FOR A SMOKE FREE ALBAY joined the formation, SIGNAL WILL BE GIVEN COMMENCING THE GWR 10 MINUTE REQUIRED FORMATION. 11. The BAND will perform the ruffles to SIGNAL the LAST 10 SECONDS COUNT DOWN based on the OFFICIAL TIMERS SIGNAL. 12. The participants are ADVISED to STAY until the END OF THE PROGRAM. 13. FOR AN ORDERLY EXIT, all participants in RED in the OUTER CIRCLE shall be the FIRST TO GO OUT. Uniformed STEWARDS are advised to facilitate the orderly exit of all the participants. LAST IN, FIRST OUT. 14. In cases of EMERGENCY, EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE PERSONNEL AND VEHICLES ARE DEPLOYED. 15. POLICE ASSISTANCE/COMPLAINT DESK is LOCATED at the BU EPTU Bldg. 16. NO CAR PASS, NO ENTRY. CAR PASS ARE AVAILABLE at the GOVERNOR’S OFFICE on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. 18. A SEPARATE GUIDELINE for the MASS MEDIA shall be ISSUED.
