GWs Question: I just received this today...my question is regarding advocacy and workplace protections...many of us struggle with landing and, or keeping employment, and I was terminated from my job, because in part that a co-worker would belittle and harass me with comments like firecracker, loose cannon, and a whole list of verbally derogatory statements many of which were made one-on-one; however I do have a series of back-and-forth e-mails where he calls me a real dynamo. The conflict led to or certainly did not aid in me keeping my position, ironically that same employee was given a pay increase and shifted to cover my work. Question: Am I being overly sensitive or should I contact an attorney?
