GYM RAT is not me.... THE GYM LIFE... has always been my escape from every day stresses and KEPT ME OUT OF TROUBLE..I was living the gym life before the internet was around and training was kool... the gym life made me stronger physically and mentally. I started in the 80`s competed bodybuilding in the 90`s... made it a career 2000`s and now I work with multiple UFC WORLD CHAMPIONS AND SOME OF THE BIGGEST NAMES IN THE INDUSTRY.CHASE YOUR DREAMS HUNT IT DOWN AND KILL IT WITH PASSION, BECOME THE BEST OR DIE TRYING.... THE GYM LIFE IS THE LIFE FOR ME.. GYM RAT DONT THINK SO.. GYM LIFE IS THE RIGHT TERM CUSSIN.. TRY IT!!
