Why Synthetic bases Coolant 1:9 Ratio is better to Glycol based 1:3.and its advantages? Coolant is a product which to be used in a radiator by diluting it with water in appropriate ratio. We have formulated the product in such a way that even with 1:9 dilution compared to 1:2 or 1:3 as mentioned for Glycol based coolants, the expected corrosion protection as per the international standards will be provided. Higher dilution will result in lower effective cost for the user without compromising the performance. For example, if somebody buys glycol based coolant for say Rs.200/- a litre and dilutes it 1:3, the effective cost per litre is Rs.50/-, now if some buys Gajra Coolant at Rs.200/- per litre and dilutes it 1:9 as recommended the effective cost per litre works out to Rs.20/- per litre. Moreover, in our formulation dilution is not linked to ambient temperature as in case of glycol based coolants. It is linked to heat transfer and corrosion protection requirements.
